Pudge walking with a clipboard, guiding you
So you’ve got something that needs building. Let me walk you through how we do things here.

We build software from scratch.

Websites. Web apps. Android apps. System tools. Full-stack, idea to deployment. You bring the idea — we handle the design, the code, the infrastructure, and the launch.

No templates. No no-code. No fragile builds held together by a $200/month subscription you can never cancel. Real engineering, real code, yours to keep forever.

One representative. Zero overhead.

When you work with Pudge Studio, we assign you a single point of contact — your dedicated representative. They handle all communication between you and our team of designers, engineers, and specialists. You share your vision once, and your representative makes sure everyone on our side is aligned. No repeating yourself. No chasing updates across five different people.

Come back next year with a new project? Same representative. They already know your preferences, your standards, and your history with us. No re-onboarding, no starting from scratch.

Design

Don’t have designs? We’ll create variations and help you build a design language that’s yours. Already have designs? We’ll engineer them pixel-perfect. Have a rough idea or an inspiration? We’ll take it from there and refine it into something with real character.

Engineering

Every tech stack. HTML/CSS to native code. Web apps, mobile apps, system tools, APIs, dashboards — if it can be built with code, we build it. We pick the right stack for the job, not the one we’re most comfortable with.

Infrastructure

We set up your hosting, deploy your app, and make sure it runs. You own the infrastructure — we charge zero commission on cloud costs. When the project is done, you get a complete handoff: design assets, full codebase, documentation. We sign an NDA on our end to protect your IP. Everything is yours.

Beyond the Build

Need basic SEO baked into the code? Done — included by default. Want marketing assets, advanced search optimization, or content? We offer those as add-ons, quoted upfront so there are no surprises. You pick what you need, skip what you don’t.

Pudge with arms crossed, being candid
Quick thing — we don’t do maintenance on other people’s codebases. If you want to revamp or upgrade something that exists, we’re in. But “fix this thing someone else broke” isn’t really our thing. We build from the ground up.

We use what we build.

Pudge Studio isn’t just a service shop. We build and ship our own apps — real products with real users. That means we’ve dealt with everything you’re about to deal with: Play Store submissions, user feedback, performance tuning, edge cases at 2 AM. We don’t just build for clients. We build for ourselves. And that makes us better at building for you.

Your project gets promoted. For free.

Every completed project gets a free promotional post across all our social platforms — optional, of course. If your project is in a niche that matches one of our apps, you also get priority placement in our ad inventory across those products. Your launch gets an audience on day one.

Iterations are included.

We don’t charge extra for revisions during the build. The price we quote is the price you pay — no “that’ll be extra” surprises halfway through. We’re opinionated about good design and we’ll push back when something won’t work, but we never hold your project hostage over revision fees.

How a project works

Step 1
1

You tell us what you need

Fill out a short form or book a 30-minute call. Tell us the idea, the problem, or the vision. We’ll figure out the rest together.

Step 2
2

We send a clear proposal

Scope, timeline, price — one number, not a range. No hidden fees. You know exactly what you’re getting before you commit.

Step 3
3

We build it

You’ll hear from us at every stage. We share progress, ask questions, and loop you in on decisions that matter. No radio silence for three weeks followed by “here’s what we made.”

Step 4
4

You review, we refine

We deploy to a staging environment, walk you through everything, and iterate based on your feedback. This is where the work gets sharp.

Step 5
5

We deliver everything

Final payment, production deployment, full handoff. Codebase, design files, documentation, NDA signed. 30 days of bug support included. After that, you’re fully independent — no lock-in, no ongoing fees to us.

Questions, answered.

What does Pudge Studio do?

We build software from scratch — websites, web apps, Android apps, and system tools. Full-stack, idea to deployment. You bring the idea; we handle design, code, infrastructure, and launch.

Who will I be working with?

One person, start to finish. The same dedicated representative handles ideation, design, engineering, testing, deployment, and support — not a rotating cast. Come back next year with another project and it's the same person, same context, no re-onboarding.

Do I own the code and the designs?

Yes — everything. On completion you get a full handoff: codebase, design assets, documentation. You own the infrastructure (we charge zero commission on cloud costs), and we sign an NDA to protect your IP.

What can you build, and what tech do you use?

Every stack, from HTML/CSS to native code — web apps, mobile apps, system tools, APIs, dashboards. We pick the right stack for the job, not the one we're most comfortable with. No templates, no no-code, no fragile subscription builds.

Do you handle design, or only engineering?

Both. No designs? We create variations and a design language that's yours. Already have designs? We engineer them pixel-perfect. A rough idea? We refine it into something with character.
