Terms of Service
Effective: June 2026
These terms govern your use of Pudge Studio's apps, website, and services. By using any of them, you agree to these terms.
1. What you can do
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. Paid versions include the rights specified at purchase. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or create derivative works from our apps.
2. Our intellectual property
All code, design, content, and the Chroma-01 design system are owned by Pudge Studio unless explicitly transferred via a signed agreement. Client projects have their own IP terms specified in each project contract.
3. Service engagements
Service work (design, engineering, consulting) is governed by the project contract signed between Pudge Studio and the client. These terms supplement, but do not override, the project contract. If there's a conflict, the project contract wins.
4. No warranties
Our apps and website are provided “as is.” We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. We build things carefully, but software has bugs — and we'd rather be honest about that than make promises we can't keep.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us. For free apps, that's zero. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We know this sounds harsh — it's standard and protects both of us.
6. Prohibited use
Don't use our apps or services for anything illegal. Don't scrape, spam, or abuse our systems. Don't pretend to be us. The usual.
7. Termination
We may terminate your access to our apps or services if you violate these terms. You may stop using our apps at any time by uninstalling them.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes = acceptance.
